For about ten years I’ve been an HR business partner in retail, tech and startups, including HR work with teams around the world for a global technology company.
What I’ve learned is that most HR problems aren’t really about policy. They’re about a manager who hasn’t been shown what to do, a process nobody follows, or a conversation that’s been put off too long. I’ll fix the policy too, but I start with the people who have to use it.
I set up on my own to work directly with founders and operations leaders: people who need someone senior, just not five days a week. You’ll always deal with me, you’ll see my prices before we speak, and you can stop whenever you need to, with 30 days’ notice.
I’m based about 45 minutes from London, and I work remotely across the UK.
