I want everyone who visits this website to be able to use it. This statement explains how accessible it is, and what to do if something doesn’t work for you.

What you should be able to do

• zoom in to 400% without text spilling off the screen or the page scrolling sideways
• move around every page using only a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are
• use a screen reader, with headings, landmarks and labels on every page
• stop the moving strip on the homepage with its Pause button, or turn off motion on your device so nothing moves at all

How accessible this website is

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

One part isn’t mine to control: the booking calendar on the Book a call page is provided by Cal.com. If you can’t use it, email me at laura@ethoshr.co.uk or use the form on the same page, and I’ll find a time with you that way.

How it’s tested

Every change to this website is checked automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA on every page, using the axe testing tools, in the browser engines behind Chrome, Edge and Safari. The checks also cover the skip link and the menu with a keyboard, and screen widths down to 320 pixels.

This website hasn’t yet been tested by an independent accessibility expert or with disabled users.
