How it works
Step 1: Intro call
20 minutes, free. You tell me what’s going on, and I tell you what I’d do.
Step 2: Review and plan
In the first 30 to 90 days I find the gaps and agree a plan with you.
Step 3: Ongoing support
I’m on call for you and your managers, and we check in every month.
Step 4: Hand over
When you’re ready for your own HR lead, I’ll help you hire them.
Common questions
What’s the difference between Essentials and Partner?
Essentials (from £450 a month) gives you a senior HR person on call and a monthly check-in. Partner (from £1,450 a month) adds days each month with your team, a people plan and a quarterly review. The details are on the pricing page.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Agreements roll monthly with 30 days’ notice.
What if we need more time one month?
Extra days are charged at my day rate of £750, and we agree them before I start.
Will we always deal with you?
Yes. You won’t be passed to a junior or a helpline.
